my head feels full

My head feels full literally and figuratively speaking.

My left eye has been twitching.

I’m having headaches and digestive issues again.

Lately, home feels loud and noisy.

And yesterday I sat in the car for a while to reset.

Then we went to the park.That was nice.

I feel like there’s too much noise.
